Architectural Control Committee
2007 ACC Inspections Reports will be conducted during June 2007. Corrections to deficiencies are expected to be completed by October 31, 2007. Please note the recent changes in the Rules and Regulations which state: Owners of units requiring corrective action will be so advised and are expected to undertake the corrective measures in a timely manner. Failure to comply within 180 days after notice from the ACC shall subject homeowner of a fine of up to five thousand dollars ($5,000). Please note that with the adoption of two siding colors per color scheme, some units have been reassigned new color codes to make them consistent with the overall pattern.
